Our online store accepts Visa and Mastercard payments and ships within Canada only. Due to recent tariff changes, we’ve paused USA orders to prevent unexpected charges for our United States customers. We’re working to clarify fees and hope to resume US sales soon. For orders outside of North America, please get in touch with us directly—we’ve shipped worldwide and will discuss the best options for your location.

Shipping

The shipping times indicated in our shopping cart are based on your location and are only approximate delivery times. They can not be guaranteed, especially during high-volume shipping periods. Insurance is also included in the cost of shipping. If you live near our business address and want to arrange local pickup, please contact us.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Shaw Percussion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please email info@shawpercussion.com with details (order #, item, reason for refund request). All returns involving broken drum heads are handled on a case-by-case basis, with consideration given to the time elapsed since the shipping date of the breakage and whether the drum was tuned beyond its standard capacity by the customer.

Return / Refund Policy

Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase shipping date, provided they are in the original condition and are complete with all accessories and packaging. The customer will be required to pay for return shipping and may be reimbursed in some instances. Notify us by emailing info@shawpercussion.com, and we’ll send the details on how to return the product.
