The online store accepts online credit card  payments and ships to Canadian and continental United States locations. All prices in our online store are listed in Canadian funds (CAD). For USA orders your credit card provider will make the currency conversion to USD funds. The applicable taxes based on your location will be indicated on the checkout page before you complete your order. Contact us directly if you are in any other location and would like to order Shaw Percussion products shown on our site. We have shipped products around the world, but we would first need to discuss with you the best shipping options for your location.

Shipping

The shipping times indicated in our shopping cart are based on your location and are only approximate delivery times and can not be guaranteed, especially during high volume shipping periods. Insurance is also included in the cost of shipping. If you live close to our business address and want to arrange for local pickup please contact us.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Shaw Percussion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, notify us by emailing info@shawpercussion.com with details (order #, item, reason for refund request)  All returns that involve broken drum heads are handled on a case by case basis and consideration will be given to the amount of time from the shipping date that the breakage occurred and if the drum was tuned up past it’s normal capacity by the customer.

Return / Refund Policy

Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase shipping date provided they are in the original condition and are complete with all accessories and packaging. The customer will be required to pay for return shipping and may be reimbursed in certain cases. Notify us by emailing info@shawpercussion.com and we’ll send the details on how to return the product.
