Our online store accepts Visa and Mastercard payments and ships within Canada and the continental USA. United States customers are responsible for paying the shipper any applicable import duties and taxes. The shipping company will notify you if any fees are due before releasing the shipment to you. For orders outside of North America, please get in touch with us directly—we’ve shipped worldwide and will discuss the best options for your location.

Shipping

The shipping times shown in our shopping cart are based on your location and are only approximate. They can not be guaranteed, especially during high-volume shipping periods. Insurance is also included in the cost of shipping. If you live near our business address and would like to arrange a local pickup, please contact us.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Shaw Percussion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please email info@shawpercussion.com with details (order #, item, reason for refund request). All returns involving broken drum heads are handled on a case-by-case basis, with consideration given to the time elapsed since the shipping date of the drum and whether the customer tuned the drum beyond its standard capacity.

Return / Refund Policy

Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase shipping date, provided they are in their original condition and include all accessories and packaging. The customer will be required to pay for return shipping and may be reimbursed in some instances. Notify us by emailing info@shawpercussion.com, and we’ll send the details on how to return the product.
