Description
Mini African Djembe
This mini African djembe features the Adinkra symbols for Friendship on one side and Peacemaking on the other. Our djembes are hand carved for us in Ghana, West Africa. These carvers are fairly paid and proud to share their craft and culture with others. In addition to being well-crafted musical instruments, these djembes are attractive art pieces. Each drum is unique, featuring carvings of African scenes or Adinkra symbols.
To ensure quality all our djembes are tuned and played before leaving our shop in Georgina, Ontario, Canada, and admittedly, because we can’t resist playing them!
**Note: The wood used in Ghana for drums is
legally obtained and not endangered.
